- Start a focus session
- Name what matters and choose a preset or custom duration.
- Capture a thought
- Use the notch or press ⌃⌥⌘C. Press Return to save it without breaking focus.
- Stay within reach
- Use the notch, menu bar, or full window to manage focus, capture thoughts, and review your Inbox.
- Add YouTube Music (optional)
- Install the TopNotcher extension for Chrome so the app can detect and control YouTube Music, then pair it in Settings.
